Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Valor Medical Reviews website ("Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Nature of Services

Valor Medical Reviews provides independent medical opinions and medical nexus letters authored by board-certified physicians. Our services are documentation-based medical reviews, not medical treatment. Use of our services does not establish a physician-patient relationship. We do not guarantee outcomes of claims, appeals, or legal proceedings. All opinions are based on clinical documentation and established medical standards.

Standard Engagement and Payment

The public fee is $899 per claimed condition for one nexus letter or independent medical opinion. A client with multiple claimed conditions may begin with one condition; additional conditions are scoped separately after intake. Payment is collected securely through our intake and payment provider.

Records are not required before payment. After payment, a case specialist will provide a secure additional-information intake and help identify what is needed for physician review. Standard cases are completed within 14 days after Valor confirms the client's final required information and records are complete and ready for physician review, and many are delivered sooner. Timing may vary based on case complexity, later-added information, specialist availability, and follow-up questions.

Readiness Review and Two-Gate Refund Protection

Every $899 engagement begins with a complimentary clinical readiness review before physician assignment. Our two refund protections apply when you follow our readiness recommendation:

  • Before physician review: If we recommend waiting and you choose not to advance, we return $849 and explain what information could strengthen your file. You may return for a new review when ready.
  • After recommended advancement: If we recommend advancing but the physician cannot support the requested opinion, we return $849.

We retain $50 for processing at either gate. If you choose to advance against our recommendation to wait, the unsupported-opinion refund protection does not apply.

Medical opinions are independent. No favorable medical opinion, VA approval, rating or benefit is guaranteed. A VA denial alone does not qualify for a refund.

Existing purchases retain the terms accepted at purchase. Other refund requests are evaluated according to the work already performed, costs incurred, and the circumstances of the engagement. To request assistance, contact us promptly through our contact page.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valor Medical Reviews, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
