Which conditions can I request a review for?
Common review areas include mental health, musculoskeletal and orthopedic, neurological, ENT and hearing, gastrointestinal, respiratory and sleep-related, endocrine and metabolic, and oncology conditions. If you are unsure where your condition fits, choose “Other or not sure” in the intake. Every opinion depends on the available evidence.
What if I have more than one condition?
The $899 payment covers one claimed condition. Begin with the condition you want reviewed first. Your case specialist will help scope any additional reviews after intake.
Is my information secure?
Yes. All documentation is submitted through a secure intake system and handled in accordance with HIPAA-compliant processes.
How long will my review take?
Standard cases are completed within 14 days after Valor confirms your final required information and records are complete and ready for physician review, and many are delivered sooner. Complex cases or later-added information may extend the timeline. Have a filing deadline? Contact us before paying so we can discuss timing; payment does not reserve a delivery date.
Can I submit additional records after intake?
Yes. Send records through the separate secure intake before final opinion drafting. If a requested document is missing or difficult to upload, tell your case specialist so we can clarify what is needed. Please do not email medical records. Added information may affect timing.
What if my payment link expires or I am not sure payment went through?
Check for your Stripe receipt, then contact Valor if the link has expired or payment is unclear. If you may already have paid, do not submit another payment until we confirm the status. Do not send card details or medical records in your message.
Will you revise an opinion after delivery?

What happens if my file should not move to physician review?
Every $899 engagement begins with a clinical readiness review. If the file should not advance, we return $849, retain $50 for intake and payment processing, and explain what evidence to gather before returning. The same $849 return applies if we recommend advancing but the physician cannot support the requested opinion. If you choose to advance against our recommendation to wait, the unsupported-opinion refund does not apply.
